Oasis Church at Lakewood is a non-denominational church in the South Tacoma/Lakewood, Washington area. We are a multi-generational and multi-cultural community rooted in God’s Word, focusing on prayer, worship, and evangelism.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and lead a dynamic worship team
- Oversee and collaborate with the Tech Director
- Craft and direct presence-driven worship experiences for weekly services and special events
- Nurture musical talent across all age groups, from children to adults
- Connect with the congregation, working alongside Oasis staff
- Offer spiritual guidance and prayer support
- Step into preaching roles as needed
- Complete ministry tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Passionate follower of Jesus who leads out of the overflow
- Experienced worship leader with strong musical skills (guitar/piano and vocals)
- Experience in leading multi-cultural and multigenerational worship teams
- Skilled in team building, discipleship, and volunteer empowerment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern worship software and equipment (Abelton, ProPresenter, Click Tracks, In-Ear Monitors, etc.)
- Understand Basic Music Theory (Nashville Numbers, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Committed to continuous spiritual and musical growth
- Competent in administration and planning

Compensation
- $47,000 per year (full-time)
- Reimbursed Health Insurance
- Some relocation assistance is available
- Part-time applications will be considered
