Position Summary:
This part-time position will be dual in nature; supporting the overall Marketing Department and
handling all graphic design needs which include but not limited to e-newsletters, reporting
metrics, and social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Projects
• Create e-newsletters, appeal letters, gift catalogs, posters, envelopes, and other visual materials.?
• Design and layout all newsletters (print and digital), appeal letters, catalogs, envelopes, and promotional materials.?
• Manage all design-related tasks to ensure cohesive branding.?
Email and Campaign Support
• Monitor donation results tied to email campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.?
• Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective design delivery.?
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns.?
Web and Multimedia Design
• Support web design tasks alongside the Production Coordinator or other team members.?
• Create digital assets for social media, video thumbnails, and online campaigns.?
Analytics and Reporting
• Track performance metrics for campaigns and pull relevant stats.?
• Provide audience segmentation and insights to refine strategies.?
Process and Project Coordination
• Establish a centralized design process to streamline requests and improve efficiency.?
• Maintain a consistent schedule to meet deadlines reliably.?
• Manage timelines and deliverables for all marketing initiatives.?
Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.?
• Act as a bridge between the creative and marketing teams to maintain cohesive branding and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
Experience with social media platforms (even personal experience is welcome).
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A team-oriented, servant-hearted approach to work.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic familiarity with email marketing tools.
Familiarity with at least one popular CMS platform.
A passion for ministry and nonprofit work.
