Pastor

We are looking for a part time pastor who is 
self motivated,with strong spiritual leadership 
skills and good family values. We are a small but 
active,Bible based church in a quiet contry 
setting in Orleans County, New York.

We have become an Independent church recently, 
after disaffiliated from the United Methodist 
Conference.  We are seeking an individual with 
at least a high school diploma and 
experience in church leadership. A willingness 
to receive or continue religious training is 
necessary.  
Applicants are expected to:
1) Review and Agree to our Statements of Faith, 
Visions and Values 
2) Exhibit a disciplined spiritual life, maintain 
healthy boundaries 
 and be accountable to the church for works and 
actions 
3) Demonstrate behaviors that is in alignment with 
Christian beliefs,
 Practices and healthy relationship with God
4) Provide Bible based sermons that celebrate the 
power of Jesus Christ 
5) Exhibit good communication skills 
6) Recognizes prayer as a necessary communication 
with God
7) Have an interest in the future of the Church, 
believing in its growth, 
including young adults and children, as well as 
support the Church's ministries and community involvement 
8)Provide pastoral care to church members as needed, 
including visiting home bound or hospitalized 
9) Provide a resume with current and previous places 
of employment, your full name, address and phone number
