- Your ministry will be run out of our dedicated youth building called The Roadhouse. This 10,000 sq. ft. facility is outfitted with a full scale cafe, separate Middle School and High School rooms, and a commercial quality arcade with multiple gaming systems. Our Youth Pastor will:
- Run a vibrant and exciting Youth Ministry because following Jesus isn’t boring
- Creatively and compellingly communicate God's Word
- Create events that encourage students to connect and have fun
- Encourage and facilitate students to use their own gifts and skills serving throughout the church
- Execute mission trips for the purpose of evangelism and spiritual growth
- Recruit and equip volunteers to serve alongside you as a team
- Have a desire to engage with students both churched and unchurched
- Participate in staff meetings, service planning, and church services/events
- Participate on the Deacon/Pastoral Leadership Team
- Be responsible to and supportive of Lead Pastor/Deacon Board
